INGREDIENTS
2 JUMBO PRAWNS(CLEANED)
2 SCALLOPS(CLEANED)
2 CLAMS(CLEANED)
FOR PRAWNS
1/2TSP SALT
1TSP KASHMIRI MIRCH POWDER
1/4TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1TSP CURD
1TBSP OIL
FOR SCALLOPS
1/2 CUP MINT PUREE
1/2 CUP HUNG CURD
2TBSP WATER
1/2TSP SALT
1/2TSP WHITE PEPPER
1 1/2TSP OIL
CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
FOR CLAMS
1/2 CUP COCONUT CREAM
1/2TSP SALT
1/2TSP KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER
1TSP OIL
METHOD
1.MIX SALT,CHILLY POWDER.GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,CURD AND 1TSP OIL IN A BOWL.BEAT WELL AND THEN ADD PRAWNS IN AND MARINATE FOR10 MINUTES.
2.BARBEQUE FOR 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE TILL TENDER AND CHAR MARKS CAN BE SEEN.KEEP IN A SERVING DISH.
3.IN A BOWL,MIX CURD.SALT.WATER.PEPPER WELL TILL SMOOTH PASTE IS FORMED.
4.HEAT ANOTHER PAN, ADD OIL AND COOK THE PASTE ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES ,STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY.
5.PAN SEAR SCALLOPS IN 1/2TSP OIL AND ADD TO THE CURRY.COOK FOR 1/2MINUTE
6.REMOVE FROM FIRE.
7.IN A BOWL,MIX WELL COCONUT CREAM,SALT,CHILLY POWDER,SALT.
8.HEAT OIL IN A PAN,ADD THE PASTE IN AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.ADD 1TSP WATER IF TOO THICK.ADD THE CLEANED CLAMS TO IT AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
9.REMOVE INTO THE SERVING DISH
10.SERVE TOGETHER.
